For mediations booked by December 31, 2025, my Rate Schedule is as follows:

• For a half-day mediation (10:00 AM until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM) – $1,550.00 plus HST and disbursements
• For a full day mediation (10:00 AM until 5:00 PM) – $3,000.00 plus HST and disbursements
• For each additional hour – $325.00 plus HST and disbursements

For mediations outside of the GTA, a travel charge of $75.00 per hour may apply, as well as a kilometer charge and/or car rental fee.

The cost of facilities, catering or parking may be an additional charge.

In circumstances where a flight is required, the actual flight cost will be charged to the parties.

I don’t charge for cancellations (other than cancellation charges related to a reporting centre).  The good thing about being a mediator and a practicing lawyer is I always have something else to do if a mediation cancels.  However, a facility charge may apply for cancellations, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the facility.
